Hi, can anyone help me with this stupid error please? Solis sent me DSP upgrade for my Mini 4G 1.5kw inverter. I watched one of their YouTube posts, which led me to select HMI update instead of DSP update. Strangely, the update process appeared to succeed… except it couldn’t, obviously. The outcome was it erased the HMI software so now I cant get any info or settings. The LCD panel is blacked out. The inverter is still generating though. My question is: will it be technically possible to reinstall.the HMI software even if I can’t access the settings? I’ve gone back to Solis but not heard back yet.
