Hello I need your help how can I add devices in rooms

look at :
Thing <binding_id>:<type_id>:<thing_id> “Label” @ “Location” [ ]

or via Paper UI :
select Configuration, then select Things, klik on your “thing”. Now, you see your “thing” with it’s channels. Find the pencil, at almost to top of the page, and click on it. There you can add the location.

As the diversity of the answers indicate, your question is ambiguous. Are you talking about the PaperUI Control tab? Your sitemap? HABot? HABPanel? Something else? The answer is different based on what you actually mean.
