AFAIK I can either have a chart with a predefined set of items it shows, or I can interactively select/add items to a chart by starting with one item, clicking ‘Analyze’ and ‘items’ and then select more from the popup list of items.
How can I have both? I.e. start with a set of item AND select more to add them to a common chart?
AFAIK, the only place letting you add items interactively is the analyzer. Analyzer can be also started with predefined set of items and you can still add more interactively. But once you save the chart as a page the ability to add/remove items gets lost.
Sometimes it would be fine to have the Analyzer options also in static Chart page.
This allows me to start Analyzer with two temperature items + possibility to add more interactively:
