Adding additional sources to Pioneer Binding

Is there any way to add additional sources the Pioneer binding? I need to add the following numbers to inputs:

06 -> SAT/CBL
48 -> MHL/HDMI
49 -> GAME
44 -> MEDIA SERVER
41 -> PANDORA
38 -> INTERNET RADIO
