Adding features - No deployment change - Done

Is it normal behavior when openhab.log contains the following entries EVERY minute?

2018-01-08 23:50:41.638 [INFO ] [internal.service.FeaturesServiceImpl] - Adding features: 
2018-01-08 23:50:57.871 [INFO ] [internal.service.FeaturesServiceImpl] - No deployment change.
2018-01-08 23:50:57.981 [INFO ] [internal.service.FeaturesServiceImpl] - Done.

Shouldn’t this only occur if something has actually been changed?

The logs are strange. I’ve not seen them in my setup. Do you possibly have something that might be touching or otherwise causing a file event on addons.cfg? I can’t think of anything else that would cause this problem.

It happened to me today when I had a persistance that update on every minute and nothing has been changed on a rr4j
