Addon / Binding download doesn't work

Thanks for pointing me to this.

Just two questions:

This makes all of them available locally so that no remote repository is required.

1. Will this install all bindings or only those which are listed in addons.cfg?
2. Is this file openhab-addons-2.5.12.kar compatible with my openHAB 2.5.1-2 ?
