Has anyone managed to get this device working in openhab?

Its listed in Product Explorer as “Smart Dimmer Smart Energy Dimmer”.

What command should I use to switch off the device.

I’ve tried this but its not switching the device off :

{zwave=“3:command=switch_multilevel”}

Is there a command to adjust the dimmer powerlevel/brightness?

In your sitemap, you should use a dimmer widget, or a switch widget to dim/switch the light as appropriate - there aren’t separate commands. The single configuration should be fine although I’m not familiar with this particular device, so I don’t know if it’s a multi-endpoint device (but I think not).
