After upgrade, eror connecting to the openHAB Cloud instance

I use the mobile app and everything works fine as long as I am connecting locally. When I try to connect outside (ie, WIFI turned off), it will not connect. If I use myopenhab.org, I connect, can log in and it shows that I am online. However, if I attempt to go to the dashboard, it produces a white screen and does not go on.. When I look at my logs, I see many “Error connecting to the openHAB Cloud instance: already connected.

Clearly I have something amiss but am not sure where to look to fix it. Everything else works just fine, i just cannot connect from outside my own network.

I appreciate any help.

Have you restarted OH after the upgrade? Often that first start of OH after clearing the cache (onw of the steps performed during an upgrade) can be problematic as OH races to install the add-ons before the OH start process gets to the point where it’s needed. Often it fails and OH tries to come up and use an add-on that’s not installed yet.

Waiting for a little bit and then restarting OH will almost always address this as the add-ons will already be installed.

IF you’ve already done that the next step to try is to restart the bundle. See Bundle Management | openHAB.

As always, I am very appreciate of the assistance. I restarted openhab and am getting the same errors. I looks at the bundle list but was not able to determine which bundle to restart as the list is quite long and the names are truncated. Please advise.

Restarting all of OH does the same.
