i just get my Echo Dots working with Openhab, sending commands.
Is it possible to configure Alexa as Audiosink ? for Announcements ?
Also asking for states? f.e. “Alexa tell me temperature of Living Room”

Audio sink is not possible, as amazon does not support this AFAIK.
Asking for the temerature is already implemented, see the doku for setting up a thermostat group.
Does anyone know if using an Echo Dot is now possible as an AudioSink?
Indirectly by using the Amazon Echo Control Binding, there is a TTS channel, you can send a string to that item and Alexa starts to talking.
But just if the language is supported by Alexa, which in many cases it is not.
