Is it somehow possible to detect which alexa device that received the voice command from?
Currently I need to say living room lights off, bathroom lights off instead of simply light off/on. I do this with virtual switch items with the lighting tag and the hue emulator.
In Alexa you should be able to create groups and if you place your dot or alexa in one of this groups you assigned all devices in this group to the specified dot. For example i created y group living room and assinged my dot and all the lights to this group. Now i am able to say something like “Computer turn the light on” and if the in the livingroom receives the command all the light in the living room are switches on
