When I modify, well almost anything, I can work for 3 or 4 actions, then the app ‘resets’, going back home or to a previous page.
And then trying to select objets has no effect.
I have to restart the app, reapply filters on items or rules, and restart working… for a time !
It has been so for several versions and its driving me crazy …
So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Current app version 3.21.1 (latest) on Android 17.
Current OH version 5.2.1.
Don’t use the Android back button, always use the apps back button.
Ok, I will try to refrain using the system back button, but this button is used in most apps, and forgetting it is quite un-natural.

Aha, I didn’t know that was preferred.
But why is the device’s “hardware” back button a problem? I don’t seem to encounter this issue with other apps?
Up to now, I try hard to use the OH back arrow, but my fingers live their own life most of the time ;-(
Many apps have a back button, and I probably seldom use it because I never understood what it was vs the system back.
And as Eric says above there seems to be no problem except with OH.
Any chance to ‘merge’ the two buttons (or disable the system back when it should not be used) ?

Issue improved, but still some strange behaviours.
But this is no solution because it requires way too much concentration for me.
I have seen this on my galaxy ultra 25 as well some time ago.
Actually it has disapeared although i am not concentrating to use the OH arrow.
Have you tried to Reset the app cache (logout, then setting, at the end of the list) ?
Funfact: after resetting the Cache, the app works faster for some time, would have expected it gets slower
