yeah that warn is the moon phase age fraction failing a [0,1] range check. there is already an openhab issue for it ([astro] agePercent must be in [0,1], github openhab-addons #20586) and a follow-up fix PR for a timezone regression in the moon calc (#21372).

short term for me:

  • note your exact openHAB version + whether astro came with the distro or marketplace
    • disable / enable the astro:moon:home thing once after a restart (clears a stuck publish loop for me sometimes)
    • double check the thing lat/lon / timezone match the host
      it is noisy but usually does not break sun channels. if you are already on a recent 5.2 build, waiting for that timezone fix or trying a snapshot that includes #21372 is the real path. paste the OH version if you want a narrower answer.

I get the same error, using 5.2.1-1 via the apt package on Debian. I didn’t know astro was in the marketplace – I’m just using the standard bundle.

it got fixed by itself after 4 hours (from midnight till 4. I found out about it because i have alerts setup to email me when error or warning pops up, which is usually never :slight_smile:
