Which planet are you on? SCNR.
Possibly it’s because you have defined either an offset or a wrong location in the astro thing.
Noon isn’t, by definition, 12:00?

No. Well by common understanding it is, but this is the astro binding. No point in creating a function that returns a constant, isn’t it.
That would be “Solar Noon”
definition: " Solar noon is the time when the Sun appears to contact the local celestial meridian."
