By motion detection my IP_camera provides recording in AVI-Format. This files are stored on NAS and are accessible for OH. Is there a possibility to integrate this in Openhab? I tried coding in sitemap as Video-element, but it didn´t work.

Without a plugin like Flash or Silverlight,which everyone is moving away from, I don’t think the web browsers support playing AVI video. Your best bet will be to write something to convert the video to a format the browsers and therefor the Video element will support.This really isn’t something that openHAB can fix without a whole lot of work that is completely unrelated to HA.
