Backup to extrernal sd

Trying to backup to external sd using openhabian option 54 raw copy sd,but i get this error

Taking a raw partition copy, be prepared this may take long such as 20-30 minutes for a 16 GB SD card

tested with many sdcards 32/64/128Gb,and 3 differend readers with the same result.Any ideas?

No. Segmentation fault means it’s a binary crashing that would not happen under normal conditions.
Could be anything, your hardware (the rest, not the new SD card) or your installation could be broken.
Your best bet is to reinstall your system.
