When using the Addon DWD Unwetter, text fields do not show the complete information. I encl. both screenshots from my sitemap and the respective PaperUI.

If you are proposing a change for openHAB 3, that UI has already been removed.
Official feature requests are filed as issues on GitHub.
@jheiler: If you want something cleaner in BasicUI for weather look at the DarkSky binding. It’s very clean and you can add extra widgets that also look nice.
