He’s talking about Presence Simulation [4.0.0.0;5.0.9.9] but that’s just a rule template and wouldn’t have anything to do with the behavior. All it does is command Items to what ever state they were in seven days ago (for example) to simulate presence. I doubt it has anything to do with this.
