Binding for device that "works with Alexa"?

If a device says it works with Alexa, is there a binding that will work with it by default?

I’m looking at buying something like the LEDs linked to below, but I’d like to control them with Openhab. Can I?

In a word: No.

The device will report back to a web service, which then talks to Amazon’s server. You may be able to reverse engineer the protocol to make your own binding though
