(new install on Windows 10) I installed Z-wave binding and now any attempt to install another binding results in the spinning wheel of death. Reboots/restarts have not helped.
You should try removing the first binding, then install a different one.
That didn’t work either. Thanks for the suggestion tho! I moved on to Ubuntu on same machine and things are working now.
