If you are seeing 405 “not allowed” responses in our download repos (Maven & APT), this is due to Bintray having rate-limited our account currently due to too heavy use. I am in clarification with their support and hope that it can be resolved quickly. Sorry for the inconvenience! Kai.
Update: Bintray support removed the restrictions and I will be in touch with them to find a sustainable solution in the next days. Happy 2018 to everyone
