Bosch IoT Platform

Dear Community,

For me it seems that there are more and more players, which are offering IoT platforms, i.e. Bosch. https://www.bosch-iot-suite.com/

I am wondering if openHAB will be able to benefit from such services, i.e. the permission service. What do you think and has anyone made some expierences with such platforms in general or Bosch specifically?

It looks like a hosted cloud solution for companies to support their own proprietary devices.
Most OpenHAB users want local control without the security and reliability issues of a cloud service.
