BTICINO: Enhanced Binding for Testing (Heating Control, Automation, Door Entry, Dimmers)

Hi Reinhard,
Thank you for your reply.
Absolutely, the who = 6 is not well documented by Bticino and the who = 8 is undocumented.
But, I thought the * 6 * 10 * 4000 # would be present in the Openhab journal.

Question for the rollershutter.
Why is the function “STOP, UP, DOWN” not present in the log, only 0 to 100 and 100 to 0 currently?

Thank you very much for your work

Regards

Hey guys,
Maybe you are interested to know that I just released the new 2.0 BTicino / OpenWebNet binding, the first one to support bot BUS/SCS and Radio (ZigBee) devices.

Hope you are interested to collaborate here, especially @rinal13 !

Bye,
Massimo

Hi All,
The enhancements are now part of the official 2.3 snapshot,
and will be part of the next official release.

Regards

Hello Reinhard,

It’s possible to test 2.3 snapshot ?

Regards

You can get the last snapshot of 2.3 at https://openhab.ci.cloudbees.com/job/openHAB-Distribution/

or if you have a opeHABian installation you easily can switch to 2.3 with the openhabian-config tool
goto
" 40 | openHAB related Switch the installed openHAB version"
and then to
" | openHAB unstable Install or switch to the latest openHAB SNAPSHOT build"

Thanks Reinhard,

Regards

Hi Massimo,

I am interested to contribute, actually a little bit busy with other things.
May you share as a first step on which parts you need help most.

Reinhard

Hi @rinal13,
Would you be interested to port the WHO=4 Temperature support to the new OH2 binding?
Let me know,
Bye,
Massimo

I can contribute on that.
I already tried to understand the oh2 binding structure, but actually I stuck at the point to find the code for the openwebnet-lib. Is there a separate repository? I only could find the basis of it. The rx-openwebnet repository. Is it that?
