[BUG?] Hue Bridge reports lights as off when set to 1%

Does everyone else also experience this?

When using the hue app change lights too 1% and check the log too see what’s reported mine report as off

I will have to try this. I know there is a new bridge firmware. I have not updated though.

I’m running the latest version but have noticed this using the other versions
