Wouldent ssd suffer the same problems as sd cards the wearing they are very similar I thought the idea was mechanical won’t wear as easy
And is disk speed really an issue for OH
No because they are larger and more complex they have all sorts of stuff built in to mitigate the wear it problem and power loss problem. In tests done by the big server farm companies SSDs last as long it longer than hdds.
Disk sled isn’t an issue but power might be and SSDs require less power. SSDs might also be really to find cheaply in the lower disk size versions you’d be looking for.
I’m not saying you should get an SSD, I’m just saying don’t exclude them when you go shopping.
