Can´t control Samsung Tv

I have Samsung TV UE40H52003 i added it as a Thing but i can´t control it.

I can see the controls like volume but when i try control it nothing happens but if change the volume with the tv command i can see the changes on openhab.

Can someone help me ?

Do you have any items linked to the Thing?

Edit: I don’t see your TV model in the supported list. What channels are you showing as available?

I´m just starting so ive nothing connected to the Thing.

I´ve made the same exercice with my Android Box MIBOX 3 and i have acess to the controls that i have on the IR command.
