Cannot connect jdbc with synology NAS

Dear all

I get following error when trying to connect to my NAS:

com.zaxxer.hikari.pool.HikariPool$PoolInitializationException: Failed to initialize pool: Could not connect to address=(host=192.168.178.10)(port=3307)(type=master) : Connection refused (Connection refused)

Can anybody help me on that. Any help would be highly appreciated
