Cannot connect to openhab2 on ip:8080

in my case it somehow just didn´t redirect me to the setup page after entering ip:8080. I tried https://ip:8443 and it worked since then.

Thank you. I did a complete purge and install and I could not get access to the HTML version of OpenHab2. restarting the service fixed the problem

Hi.

Im having a similar problem but only difference is i can connect via ssh.
Im new to openhab. I installed openhab2 it runs and everyting.
When I try myip:8080 I get this “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”.
I had this same problem with other servers that i set up and gave up on trying to get it right.

Any advise on how to proceed??
