Cannot send mail as recipient is missing

Hi,
I have create an rule to send a mail when an status changed. With my new install I did not see the mail.cfg file so I have created it myself. I put it in the same directory (openhab/userdata/etc) as the other .cfg files. Still does not work. What is it I do wrong? Installed on Synology and SMTP Server “Thing” running and configured.

The mail binding is now v2. It doesn’t need a cfg file. See the docs for the v2 config
