[SOLVED] Cannot set icon format in basicUI configuration

I want to use bitmaps for custom icons, but the icons are not displayed. All solutions i found lead to setting the icon format in Configuration -> Services -> basicUI -> Configure.
But there is no such setting in there! Even in expert mode, adding iconFormat with value png, bitmap, bmp doesn’t work. What am i doing wrong?

You can only use png OR svg

In PaperUI and Habmin, it used to offer a default setting for each of BasicUI and ClassicUI, called “vector” and “bitmap” (meaning svg or png).

Those settings have disappeared from OH 2.5

[SOLVED] Latest Update Broke My Icons

Well that done the trick, stopped OH, deleted /var/lib/openhab2/cache, config, jsondb and tmp, then restarted OH, all is good. The option to choose bitmap/vector icons is still missing, but at least they are all showing up again.

I got it working now, with png. Forgot to add a default, stateless icon.
