I cant login to a cloud with my email and pasword.
For sure I reset my password but it did not help. I’m still unable to sign in (through the web). It writes an unknown user or password. The password reset email came to me so the user is ok but the new password does not work. Do you have any advice.
It may take up to 24 hours for the new password to work.
I waited for 48 hours and still can not sign in.
Did you try clearing the browser cache and saved passwords?
Yes, I try it. Without success.

Support was a decisive factor for choosing openhab for me, but it seems to me that I have been waiting for a long time (yes, I wrote to official support - last answer was from 3.2.2019 - Hi I ve forwarded to my partner, as I am currently ill. I will ping him now again.
Really strange. We dont see anything wrong with that account ).
No support from openhab foundation members… I think is only one way - reset my accout.
