Chromecast binding - playsound

Latest stable build of openhab; moving all my stuff from a 3 year old build.

I used to be able to turn on my older TV by sending an MP3 to the chromecast to turn it on.
playSound(“chromecast:chromecast:0397dbd5b2e163b6b970cca9f4d1fe6f6”,“beep-07.mp3”)

This sort of thing still works to my google home units(playsound); no issues.
However when i play the sound to my chromcast on my TV, it doesn’t work anymore.

Thoughts on this?

If you turn the TV on manually and then trigger the OH rule, do you hear the sound?

Also, did you change the HDMI port that you’re using for your Chromecast? I assume not, but figured I’d cover the bases.
