Is there a way to clean / refresh the smeantic model? To restart from scratch?
Because I’ve mixed up the GUI and the Text files updates and now, the model looks a nightmare 
So I’d like to clean it and restart the semantic model.

No, the model is created using Group membership and Item tags. There is no way to easily just wipe that out and start over short of wiping out all your Items. Though that might be worth doing and then you can use the “create equipment from thing” to relatively quickly and much more deliberately create the Items as part of the model.
