[Closed] Upgrading to openHabian 3.4.4 (from 2.x) - Target Translations (main/i18n/Translation-de_DE.UTF-8) is configured multiple times

Can I delete the /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openhab2.list and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openhab2.liste files?

openhabian@openhab:~ $ dpkg -S /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openhab2.list
DPKG-Query: No path found that fits on pattern /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openhab2.list

Files stored in /etc/pat/sources.list.d not ending in .list can be deleted.
If it is safe to delete the file openhab2.list you need to check if you have any other file defining the openhab repository first.
The filename could be everything. The interesting part is the content. Thus without checking first I can’t give the advice to delete that file.

That the answer because the file was either manually created or created via a script like openhabian. It is definitely not part of a package. That is why this message is returned by dpkg command.

Latest openhabian version is 1.8 as far as I know. These revision numbers ( 2.x, 3.4.4 ) refer to openhab.

Are u sure?

Thanks for your help!

yes, I am sure

In front of the version number the work openHAB is missing.
I think that is because the shell function that is called from within the start procedure in older versions did not have that in. So the question is what the exact version of your openhabian-config is. That can be seen in the title of the menu when openhabian is started.

I had to deposit the new repository in order for the 2.x to update correctly (described in the new thread). But unfortunately I can’t get over to 3 cleanly yet :): Migration from OpenHab 2 to 3 failed / OpenHabian | There was an error or interruption during the execution of: "03 | Install openHAB"

You mean this? openHABian Configuration Tool [stable]patchday-20210119-1122(a0d4cc7)

Yes, this ( 20210119-1122(a0d4cc7) ) is an outdated version.
According to the other threads you opened I assume there is no need to follow up here any longer ?

Exactly I have now set up openHAB again with Bullseye :). Thank you and have a nice Sunday!
