There are no known issues with Java 11 and the new rule engine! However, there is a reported issue (I haven’t tracked it down yet) with manual installations of Jython and Java 11. This is not an issue when using an updated version of my Jython addon using 2.7.2, which I have not distributed yet, but can be built from [the source in my PR](https://github.com/openhab/openhab-addons/pull/7208).
