Configure a system to prevent access to changing panels & avoid setup

hi all, i know the panels can be locked in paperui, but in my testing it actually prevents access to them. Further, is there a way to preconfigure the Panel Setting in paperui, so users do not have to go through the first time setup of Habpanel. By this i mean, click the 3 dashes, Panel Settings, Click the Dashboard saved file, etc etc.

Yes, that’s the “initial panel configuration” setting, same place as the “Lock editing” setting in Paper UI > Configuration > Services > UI > HABPanel. Just type the name of a panel configuration you saved on the server.
