Confusion of 'and' in a rule

can i check something with you guys please, im using a couple of lines from an example rule

when
Item corMotion changed from OFF to ON or
Item corFrontDoor changed from CLOSED to OPEN

I can see that there is on OR here, what if i wanted to make this an AND? do i need to write AND or is it that just by having the 2 conditions the AND is assumed?
