What is binding, rules and items I should download/define for controlling the LG SmartTV using OpenHAB? Is there any tutorial or sample you can share?

Assuming you know what bindings, rules, and items are (i.e. how to use and configure openHAB) everything you need is documented here.

If not I recommend downloading the demo and figuring out how openHAB works before going forward.
