Creating new binding thourgh the .bat fails due to tycho issue

Hi guys,

I tried to create a new binding through the .bat file but it failed due to tycho plugin pom not found error.
I’ve seen a lot of post concerning this problem but none has given a me a good answer.
Has anybody here been troubled with this issue ?
