CT101 shows up PaperUI but get ERROR: 404 - Not Found when trying to add

I was able get my CT101 Thermostat to show up in PaperUI’s Inbox but when I click on “Add as Thing” I get the message “ERROR: 404 - Not Found”. I have several other Z-wave devices successfully paired. Any ideas on why this would be happening? I’ve never seen this error before.
