I could force reloading the add-ons by doing the following (after removing the add-ons):

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to “Community Marketplace”
  3. toggle “Show Unpublished Entries” and click save
  4. toggle it back in its original state and click save

Then the add-on should be the latest version, which you can install. Maybe this works for you too.
