Hello, I am using OH2 build 201509280107. My custom icons are not appearing in the UI; classicUI and mobile apps (iOS and Android). I have placed my custom icons under conf/icons as per the instructions on the GitHub page.
Also tested on build 201510080243. Custom icons still not showing up.

Could you provide the link to that page? It seems to be outdated.
