D-Link DCH-Z510 Siren doesn't stop playing

I am trying to configure the Z-Wave siren DCH-Z510. This should be really easy as explained in the manual:

Using the SWITCH_BINARY_SET to play the siren, 0xFF will play the emergency sound, 0x00 will stop to play.

So i tried the following real simple configuration:

Switch SIREN {zwave=“4:command=SWITCH_BINARY”}

The device is correctly identified in HABmin, i’m using the latest zwave binding snapshot.
My problem is, setting the SWITCH to ON activates the emergency sound but setting it to OFF does nothing. I have to wait for three minutes or disconnecting it’s power source.

Anyone else using this siren can help me?
The Hardware should be identical to the Zipato PSE02 and Philio PSE02.
