i bought new dahua poe ptz camera and hikvision ptz camera for my dahua nvr. about two years prior a managed to set 3 domes to it and when i connected dahua ptz yesterday it worked fine but i couldnt get hikvision ptz camera to work. now i have fiddled with everything and i have only 2 of my poe domes working and i cant get anything else to work. when i try to search devices i cant find them i also tried to use hikvision sadp tool and cant see camera there what i am doing wrong its quite frustrating after so many hours of trying to get it work. thanks in advance
