i just deleted syslog in /var/log by accident -.-
now it´s not logging anymore
tried to create a new file “syslog” with chmod 755 but no change…
can anybody help?
Solved:
Login as root : sudo apt-get install syslog
do not install rsyslog!!!
after that syslog appears in /var/log
