I added the device Leviton VRR15-1LZ Receptacle to the database on 10/3 and it shows complete. I’m currently running the Z-Wave snapshot 2.1.0.201709182108 to support security for my locks. When will it be updated with the latest devices or how can I update it?

you see a version published which is newer than the date on which your device was last exported from the database (sometimes might take even a couple of days more, depending on what day the database changes were merged).
