Thanks for your answer! Problem is that it really logs nothing at all when trying to load the binding (if it even tries, hard to know), so I have really no logs to provide 
However, I have fixed my needs using the danish binding linked above now (which does more or less the same thing, just it’s primarily made for Denmark, but it includes Swedish SE3 and SE4 as well), so I’m happy anyway
