DSC IT-100 Allarm Binding Simulation With Arduino

Hello all,

I was wondering if it was possible to simulate the operation of the DSC IT-100 system with Arduino in order to debug the operation of binding.

I want to learn how does it work , but I do not have a DSC allarm system.

Hello @mirko_ugolini,

I developed the DSC Alarm binding and use a program called Hercules, which allows me to send commands and see what is being sent from the binding. It isn’t a DSC Alarm simulator but rather a TCP server and serial communication tool. I use it whenever I don’t have access to my alarm system and I need to simulate communication with a DSC Alarm system. Here is a link: http://www.hw-group.com/products/hercules/index_en.html.
