Dynamic rule execution time

Hi,

I have an android application which tracks set alarm clock time and sends the time to openhab, time is then used to turn on car heating on cold mornings

Currently I create a timer based on the time, but is it possible to create a rule with “dynamic” execution time?

Not at this time. It is a much-requested feature but it is a big job to add it and no one to my knowledge has tried yet. Your existing approach is the best we can manage.
