I’m planning on buying a Zibgee dongle for a PC or RPi Openhab setup.
The solution has to be available easily in India.
I don’t know if I should choose USB or shield.
What is the solution you recommend that is easily available in India?
My understanding is there is no Zigbee shield that is compatible with the current Zigbee binding. See https://www.openhab.org/addons/bindings/zigbee/#supported-things for the list of supported coordinators. You may have to do some research to see what firmware/chips a given dongle uses.
