i want to get Started with OpenHAB development.
I did this tutorial:
I followed all steps but there are still errors at OH2 Addons, OH1 Addons and Runtime.
If I want to run it, I get this error message:

I too am having issues, but got a it further than you. Did you install java? Looks like it may be missing
Out of the screenshots I could see that OP is running openJDK 9, which is definitely not supported for openHAB.
So please change to Java 8 and I would suggest to use Oracle, but Zulu should be fine as well.
